We led the end-to-end execution across sponsoring partnerships, event activation, and location strategy, turning the concept into a city-wide experience. This included partner management, pop-up development with Jägermeister and Vöslauer Wasser, DJ and cultural curation, and the orchestration of a seamless connection between runway, retail, and community.
